Emerald is a qualified Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with over 20 years’ experience in practice, supporting organisations across a wide range of sectors. They specialise in the education sector and currently serve as an Academy Manager, working with over 20 academy trusts on accounting, audit and taxation matters.
Their expertise includes financial reporting, audit, corporation tax, VAT and regulatory compliance, alongside providing strategic advice on academy conversions, financial systems and payroll. They have a strong working knowledge of the Academy Accounts Direction, Academy Trust Handbook and sector-specific regulations.
Emerald is committed to maintaining high professional standards and staying up to date with developments across the academy sector. Emerald also serves as Honorary Treasurer of her local church and is keen to support the continued development and growth of the Trust.
