Nicola joined CDLT in November 2025 as the Chief Finance and Operations Officer. Nicola has experience of working in another primary MAT as a CFO and has over 18 years’ experience in the education sector working in both primary and secondary schools. In her previous role, Nicola’s areas of responsibility included all aspects of strategic and operational management of school finance, facilities, governance, human resources, and administration. She is a strong advocate for professional development.
Nicola is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has acquired a diverse range of skills through training and within roles in accounting, administration, and project management.
Nicola is also a governor at a high school and was previously a trustee at a single academy trust.
