Dayan is an experienced finance professional with a background spanning healthcare, charities and education. Since 2015, Dayan has worked within the academy sector and is currently Chief Operating and Finance Officer at Children of Success Schools Trust.
Dayan brings expertise across finance, HR, payroll, estates, ICT and health and safety, with a strong focus on financial sustainability, risk management and operational efficiency. His work has included improving financial systems and reporting, strengthening governance, leading ICT and cyber security developments, and delivering trust-wide projects to drive efficiency and compliance.
